Getting from idea to reality can be a tricky path to navigate, so if you’re setting out and need a guide, stuck and could use another pair of eyes or simply need a Tenzing for your Hillary we can help. Get in touch and together we’ll see what we can do.

We like to be hands on and fully involved

Because we are small we can offer a personal and tailored approach to all our projects. We operate locally and nationally and have experience in a diverse set of projects, ranging from housing, alterations, retail fit outs, community and commerical work. We are qualified and registered architects and a practice member of the NZIA. We’ve been operating from our Mount Maunganui offices since 2001.

Every project is different and there is more than one way to get to where you want to go. We aim to provide professional services that suit each individual project and client.

The typical range we provide would cover developing ideas, preparing documents for consents and construction and being involved in observing the building works and administering the construction contract.
